My really good friend, Ashley Reinken, has a little girl, Sophia, who is about one and a half. To celebrate Easter this year, her and her husband bought some chicks for a family in another country in honor of Sophia.
I wanted to share b/c I love great parenting/family ideas and I think this is a awesome way for a child to learn to give and remember what's important.
This is also a great idea for presents for little kids, buy an animal and give them a stuffed one representing what you bought for someone in an other country. So much nicer than plastic : )
